Our Approach

We are disruptors.  Therefore our approach is unconventional but impactful. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a different journey for every organization therefore a tailored approach is necessary.  However, the core fundamentals are applicable for each workplace to establish an inclusive culture.  Most importantly, organizations should establish a deliberate and data-driven talent strategy.  Divercial’s Formula: Data + Talent = DEI.

By definition, Diversity is about empowering people by respecting and appreciating what makes them different – in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, national origin and socio-economic background (for example). Inclusion is a practice in which different groups or individuals having different backgrounds and culturally and socially accepted and welcome. Whereas Equity refers to fairness and justice in the way we are treated.
